I have heard of 1 and 3 already, both very good apps! Not sure if the phone network 02 are available outside the UK, but their Priority service can also net you some goodies!
Here in Stockholm we have an app called Karma, which allows for one to find discounted food items and meals that are still fresh but the restaurants and grocery stores don't want to keep anymore because it will lose freshness soon. 🙂
