Flight Etiquette
It's a question that has divided the globe: Does the person in the middle seat of a plane get both armrests?
What do you reckon?

Sometimes. It depends on who needs it most.

I would happily have give the middle person both armrests! In my opinion its the worst seat so they deserve any extra comfort they can get!

Maybe I would say they can get the arm rest of the one closest to the window? As they will have the wall of the plane to rest on as well.
I just had an 11 hour flight where I was not able to even sit straight in my seat because the lady’s arm was over the arm rest. She was not very considerate. Maybe I’m strange but I don’t want to touch arms or elbows with strange people. Especially because she kept putting her hands in her pants!!! To itch or adjust I don’t really know. Like dude no. Just do not do that I’m public 🤦♀️

Could you have asked her to remove her arm?

#4 Was she in the middle seat!?

On these flights, there are three rows of three seats. Two aisles. Were were in the middle row of these three rows. I was on the left next to the aisle. She was in the middle and her husband was to the right also on an aisle.

#5 I’m not that confrontational. Also she was just a bit bigger. I didn’t want to be rude. I could have sat up straight and had my arm against hers but I do not like that feeling. 😂 I like my personal space

I understand. Next time, ask for a towel to put on your arm to protect your skin from being touched by hers. 😀
